Get started in 5 steps
- 1Add your drivers
Enter each driver and their car number. Set them on or off duty from the board.
- 2Take a booking
Click “New booking” and enter the customer, pickup, drop-off, time and fare.
- 3Assign a driver
Choose a driver on the job card. The job moves to Assigned.
- 4Move the job along
Click En route, On board and Complete as the ride progresses. Timers show anything running late.
- 5Review the day
Check the KPIs and Reports tab, and export bookings to CSV for your records.
Who this dispatch board is for
Large taxi companies use full dispatch systems with driver apps, GPS and automatic allocation. Many small operators, with two to fifteen cars, still dispatch from a notebook or a WhatsApp group. This board sits in between: a clear, free screen for taking bookings and tracking jobs, without contracts or setup.
How the live board works
Every booking moves through five stages: New (waiting for a driver), Assigned, En route, On board and Completed. Each card shows the pickup time with a live countdown. If a pickup time passes while the job is still waiting for a driver, the card is highlighted in red so it can't be missed.
Better dispatching habits
Confirm the pickup address and a phone number on every call. Assign the nearest free driver rather than the next in line. Note flight numbers for airport pickups and special requests such as child seats. And review the day's cancellations: a high cancellation rate usually means pickups are running late.
What it doesn't do
This is a single-screen tool. It has no driver app, GPS tracking or automatic customer texts, and data is stored in one browser. If you need those features, use a full dispatch system such as iCabbi, Autocab or TaxiCaller. And if your real problem is that nobody is free to answer the phone, that's what our outsourced dispatch service is for.

Yes, in this browser. Download a backup regularly in case browser data is cleared.
Can two dispatchers share the board?
Not live. Each browser keeps its own data.
